- Booking and Payments
2.1. To book a tour, users must provide accurate and complete information treated with confidentiality.2.2. Payments are processed securely. All prices are in euro ( € ) and are subject to change without notice.
- User Responsibilities
3.1. Users are responsible for providing accurate personal information and ensuring the security of their login credentials.3.2. Users must comply with all local laws and regulations during tours.
- Tour Information
4.1. Tour itineraries and details are subject to change. Vlora Tours will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any changes.4.2. Vlora Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, users will be offered alternatives or a refund.
- Liability
5.1. Agreement to follow directions. Each customer agrees to and obeys all posted rules and warnings, and further agrees to follow any oral instructions or directions given by Vlora Tours, or the employees, representatives or agents of Vlora Tours.5.2. Vlora Tours is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other losses during tours unless caused by negligence.

6.1. The content on the Website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Vlora Tours and may not be used without permission.
- Governing Law
7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be resolved in the courts of Albania. - Cancellation Policy
8.1. Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the date of departure and receive a full refund. In case of a cancellation in less than 24 hours prior to the departure hour, guests will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire trip price.8.2. Guests are responsible for arriving at the meeting point at the time specified on the tour. If guests are delayed for any reason, or have to leave the tour early, Vlora Tours is not responsible for any additional costs, nor will visitors receive a refund for any missed part of the tour as a result of a late arrival or early departure.
